We are glad you are interested in our schools.
We currently have four grade-level buildings in our district:
North Side Primary Center – Grades K – 2
Perry Lower Intermediate Center – Grades 3 – 4
Hartman Intermediate Center – Grades 5 – 6
Lincoln Jr. & Sr. High School – Grades 7 – 12
For all students in grades K-12, you will need the following:
Birth certificate
Health and Immunization records
Two proofs of residency
